Did you know that Shodan Academy has a competition team? These athletes travel all over the country competing  for our dojo and the United States.

Our competition team members are very dedicated and follow the principles of our academy (Discipline, Respect, Confidence, and Courtesy). These students work very hard and make the best effort to achieve their highest potential both in the dojo and in the classroom. The coaching staff consists of our instructors and are highly trained in refereeing, teaching, and valuable coaching tools. They also spend a great deal of time attending seminars and meeting with Sensei Ricardo.

 

Most importantly, at Shodan Academy, family is very important and heavily involved in our Competition Team.
